For Thanksgiving weekend, I traveled home to Greenville. As much as I despise packing, loading up the dogs and driving in the car for 6-7 hours, I love going home. I love seeing all my friends that I never get to visit. And I love the comfort that I feel from going back into the home that I grew up in. But most of all, I love being with my family.
On Thanksgiving day, we headed to Pine Level to visit with my mom's family. They are a wonderful group of people who I never get to see enough. I love them so much. Its a shame I only get to see them twice a year. I guess twice is better than none at all.
I don't think I'm the only one who had fun at the pond. Nick and Sally had a blast too!!
